Reagan grew up in the Houston area and earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. During college, she mentored high school students through Young Life, where she developed a deep passion for walking alongside those who are hurting. After graduation, Reagan moved to Dallas to pursue her Master’s in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. She completed her internship at a private practice in Dallas, where she gained experience working with teens and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. 

Reagan works with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns rooted in family of origin dynamics, or exhausted by perfectionism and codependency. She also supports clients navigating body image concerns and substance use challenges. Her approach is both compassionate and practical, helping clients develop insight while building tangible tools for change. 

Reagan has a special passion for supporting women and families during pregnancy and the postpartum season. She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and has advanced training in addressing perinatal mood disorders, and the identity shifts that often accompany motherhood. She understands how isolating and overwhelming this season can feel and is committed to providing steady, informed support. 

Reagan believes healing and growth occur within the context of a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. She works intentionally to create a warm, grounded space where clients feel seen, known, and supported. Through a collaborative process, she helps clients establish healthy boundaries, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience so they can move toward lasting healing and a more connected, meaningful life. 

Outside of the counseling room, Reagan enjoys spending time with her husband and son, volunteering at her local church, reading, traveling, and soaking up as much sunshine outdoors as possible.
