Marisa was born and raised in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Her love of dance led her to her first career, dancing professionally with ballet companies across the country. Her talents with bookkeeping, payroll and client communication were evident as she became involved with the ballet company's operations and fundraising. These skills, along with her passion for making people feel welcome and cared for, led her to a job at Sparrow House.

Marisa is now Sparrow House Counseling’s Client Care Coordinator and Lead Biller. She enjoys assisting the Sparrow House Team with serving their clients well. Marisa supports the Child and Adolescent team in their day to day operations, and assists with internal billing needs.

Outside of her work at Sparrow House, Marisa is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts through St. Mary's College of California. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, Connor, and teaching ballet in the Dallas area.
