Hailey serves on the Client Care team at Sparrow House, where she supports children, adolescents, and their families as they begin the counseling process. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dallas Baptist University, with minors in Psychology and Kinesiology. While at DBU, she was a member of the cheer and stunt team for four years. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Baylor University.

In her role, Hailey helps facilitate scheduling and provides guidance during the initial steps of care, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to services. She has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting families and is dedicated to ensuring each interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. She enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in serving others in a thoughtful and dependable way.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends. She looks forward to pursuing a career in pediatric nursing after completing her degree.
